7 - Personal data management
In France, personal data is notably protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

Advertising on a third-party platform :
When you respond to communications posted on third-party platforms (for example, Facebook, Google or LinkedIn) we may share your data with these third parties in order to send you advertising content targeted through the third-party platform and based on your profile and interests. Your data is used by the third-party platform provider to identify your account and display ads on your screen. 9 - Hyperlinks and cookies

10 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
