Where the legal basis used for processing operations carried out by Quable is based on the pursuit of a legitimate interest, data subjects may, on request, obtain additional information relating to the balancing of interests.

This privacy policy supplements the legal notice which users can consult at www.quable.com.
This privacy policy concerns data processing carried out by Quable in its capacity as data controller.
1 - Personal data management
In France, personal data is notably protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When using the site https://www.quable.com, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site https://www.quable.com, the user's access provider, the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
In any case, Quable only collects personal information about the user for the purpose of certain services offered by the https://www.quable.com website. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he/she enters it. It is then specified to the user of the site https://www.quable.com whether or not he/she is obliged to provide this information.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, any user has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him/her, by making a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
No personal information of the user of the https://www.quable.com website is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of Quable and its rights would allow the transmission of the said information to the eventual purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the user of the site https://www.quable.com.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.
2 - How do we collect information?
Subject to applicable law, we collect information about you or any third party whose information you provide to us when you:
- register to use our websites, applications or services; this may include your first and last name, company name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, job title, company information (sales, number of employees, etc.); and
- fill in online forms (including contact requests, demo requests, newsletter subscriptions, job applications, etc.), take part in our webinars, enter competitions or prize draws, download information such as white papers, customer testimonials or other publications, or take part in any activity offered on the various interactive areas of our website or on our application or service;
- interact with us using social networks;
- provide us with your contact details when you subscribe to our newsletter
- contact us offline, for example by telephone, SMS, e-mail or post.
We will also collect your data when you complete only part of the fields on our site and/or on other online forms and/or when you abandon your entry during the process. We may use this data to contact you to remind you to enter the missing information and/or for marketing purposes.
We may also collect information from your electronic devices (including cell phones) and applications used by you or your users to access and use any of our websites, applications or services (for example, we may collect the identification number and type of device used, geolocation and connection information, such as statistics on pages visited, traffic to and from sites, referring URL, advertising data, your IP address, browsing history and web log information). We will ask for your permission before taking any action. For this purpose, we may use cookies or similar means. Subject to applicable legislation, we may supplement the personal data we collect with information obtained from third parties who are authorized to share it; for example, information from information providers or public sources (for example, to obtain your SIRET or your sector of activity).
3 - How we use your data
From time to time, we may use your information to contact you with information about our applications, products and services that may be of interest to you.
We may also share your information with our group companies and carefully selected third parties so that they (or we) may contact you with information about their products or services that may be of interest to you. To this end, you may be contacted by telephone, post, SMS or e-mail.
This processing is carried out on the following legal bases: contractual, our legitimate interest in guaranteeing the best level of operation and quality of our applications, products and services, and your consent where required.
You have the right to ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes at any time. You may also, at any time, ask us not to share your information with the third parties mentioned in this paragraph.
If you wish, you may exercise these rights (right to oblivion or limitation of personal data processing) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article 6 hereof, by writing to dpo@quable.fr or by unsubscribing from email or SMS communications via the link indicated therein.
You can also unsubscribe from any marketing campaign and/or advertising by e-mail by clicking on the link included in the e-mails we send you.
Advertising on a third-party platform :
When you respond to communications posted on third-party platforms (for example, Facebook, Google or LinkedIn) we may share your data with these third parties in order to send you advertising content targeted through the third-party platform and based on your profile and interests. Your data is used by the third-party platform provider to identify your account and display ads on your screen. You can control which ads you receive on the privacy settings of the platform provider in question, and you can also consult the third party's help center to find out more. 4 - Hyperlinks and cookies
The https://www.quable.com site contains a certain number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the authorisation of Quable. However, Quable does not have the possibility of verifying the content of the sites thus visited, and consequently will not assume any responsibility in this respect.
Browsing the https://www.quable.com site is likely to cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the user to be identified, but which records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the site, and is also used to measure the number of visitors to the site.

In Internet Explorer: Tools tab (wheel-shaped icon at the top right) / Internet options. Click on Confidentiality and choose Block all cookies. Validate on Ok.
Under Firefox: at the top of the browser window, click on the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click on the Privacy tab. Set the Retention Rules to: use custom settings for history. Finally, uncheck it to disable cookies.
In Safari: Click on the menu icon (symbolised by a cog) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click on Content Settings. In the "Cookies" section, you can block cookies.
In Chrome: Click on the menu icon (symbolised by three horizontal lines) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click on preferences. In the "Privacy" tab, you can block cookies.
