Background
Advini is a major player in the French wine sector, specializing in the production, ageing and distribution of terroir wines. Its portfolio includes numerous wine houses and estates, each with its own identity and unique characteristics.
With international distribution and varied marketing requirements, managing product information was a real challenge. The need to unify data while respecting the specificities of each field led Advini to choose Quable PIM to centralize, structure and optimize the distribution of product information.
Advini, France's leading producer of terroir wines, employs 1,000 people. The group owns 12 houses and 2,200 hectares of vineyards in France and South Africa, with 430 brands and 10,000 references. It exports nearly 50% of its sales to over 50 countries through 7 international offices.
To fully exploit the potential of PIM and integrate advanced functionalities, Zento supported Advini in optimizing its digital ecosystem, reinforcing workflows, dashboards and the "print" extension for automated generation of PDF documents.
The issues
A need to automate document production
Advini wanted to provide its sales force with new PDF document templates generated directly from the PIM. The aim was also to enable teams to manage the creation and evolution of these documents autonomously, thanks to a flexible and intuitive tool.
Automation and flexibility
Advini needed to automate the generation of documents (product sheets, catalogs) for its sales force, while at the same time offering a flexible tool for managing the creation and evolution of these documents autonomously. What's more, with vineyards with a wide variety of specificities, the tool had to enable structured management while remaining adaptable. The group also wanted to facilitate the updating of data and the automation of marketing materials, thus reducing manual intervention.
Optimizing sales channels
Advini needed to improve its processes to support its expansion on several sales channels, in B2C (e-commerce sites, marketplaces), B2B (sales forces, sales agent networks, supermarkets, CHR) and internationally (over 50 countries), in order to accelerate its sales performance.
Solutions from PIM Quable
Quable has accelerated Advini's business across all channels, optimized product management and marketing support, with a unified platform and increased efficiency.
Automated document generation
With the Quable PIM print extension, Advini has automated document generation from the PIM, while offering its teams a flexible tool for creating and modifying their own document templates without technical intervention. The PIM centralized and structured all product information, guaranteeing a reliable and constantly updated database.
Data centralization and harmonization
PIM unifies and structures product information, guaranteeing a reliable, up-to-date basis. By centralizing data, it facilitates collaboration, reduces workloads and improves productivity. Its ergonomic design reduces errors and speeds up distribution to key tools (e-commerce, CRM, ERP). A unified product experience platform for efficient management and improved overall performance.
Flexibility adapted to the diversity of wineries
Quable's PIM has enabled Advini to manage the diversity of its wineries through customized tags, dashboards and workflows, while maintaining global consistency across the group. The solution's integration has simplified collaboration, reduced workload, and increased productivity, with integrated processes such as e-commerce (Adobe Commerce), catalog generation, CRM (Salesforce) feed, and synchronization with ERP (SAP).
