Background
Founded in 1884, De Neuville is a French brand producing and selling chocolates and sweets, both online and in over 160 boutiques in France.
With over 6,000 references, 250 employees and franchisees, the brand generates sales of 28 million euros across its entire network.
The brand embarked on the PIM project in order to centralize its product information at key moments in its business.
The issues
Disparate data sources
Product data from multiple sources (excel files, ERP, etc.) and processed independently by each company department.
Lack of collaboration within a single solution
A need to unite teams within a solution offering a collaborative process so as to work together on marketing, technical, packaging, batch, recipe and ingredient descriptions.
A business disrupted by seasonality
Our business is highly dependent on seasonality (end-of-year holidays, Easter, etc.), and our workload is increasing as we renew our product catalog.
Solutions from PIM Quable
The PIM solution has enabled the De Neuville teams to considerably reduce their time-to-Market in the run-up to key business moments.
Greater team independence
Each division (Product, Marketing...) has become independent and can work without needing to know what the others are doing.
Gaining a complete human resource
The person dedicated to integrating article data into the systems has been able to reallocate her time to higher value-added activities.
Optimizing the omnichannel customer experience
Disseminate product information simultaneously across all the brand's sales channels to consolidate the omnichannel customer experience.
Full ecosystem integration
Easy interoperability with all applications, including the cash register system: EAN code generation, barcode printing...
Unify your product message across all sales channels
