De Neuville's main objective with PIM was to considerably reduce its Time-to-Market, by solving its problems of seasonality, disparity in data sources and lack of collaboration.

Founded in 1884, De Neuville is a French brand producing and selling chocolates and sweets, both online and in over 160 boutiques in France.

With over 6,000 references, 250 employees and franchisees, the brand generates sales of 28 million euros across its entire network.

The brand has embarked on the PIM project in order to centralize its product information at key moments in its business.

Product data from multiple sources (excel files, ERP, etc.) and processed independently by each company department.

A need to unite teams within a solution offering a collaborative process so as to work together on marketing, technical, packaging, batch, recipe and ingredient descriptions.

Our business is highly dependent on seasonality (end-of-year holidays, Easter, etc.), and our workload is increasing as we renew our product catalog.

The PIM solution has enabled the De Neuville teams to considerably reduce time-to-Market in the run-up to key business moments.

Each division (Product, Marketing...) has become independent and can work without needing to know what the others are doing.

The person dedicated to integrating article data into the systems has been able to reallocate her time to higher value-added activities.

Simultaneously distribute product information across all the brand's sales channels to consolidate the omnichannel customer experience.

Easy interoperability with all applications, and in particular with the POS system: EAN code generation, barcode printing...

  • Increase productivity and efficiency: And serenely absorb the high pace of activity imposed by busy periods.
  • Building a teamwork method: To be able to streamline all stages of product data enrichment.
  • Reduce time-to-market: To ensure the success of each highlight and unveil the new product catalog ahead of the competition.

It's been a real time-saver not to have to chase after information, and to be able to access product information from anywhere, very quickly, which is distributed across all our systems.
