A PIM to centralise data from three brands
Operating as a multi-brand group requires a single platform to bring together information from each brand and create a single product data repository. This is precisely what the NAOS Group has done by choosing a PIM to manage and unify product data, thereby preventing its fragmentation across the organisation.
Background
Founded in France 40 years ago, NAOS is a major player in the skincare sector through its three brands: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur. Today, NAOS operates in more than 130 countries worldwide, has a state-of-the-art research centre in Aix-en-Provence and manufactures nearly 600,000 products a day.
The group’s 3,100 employees work every day on behalf of the three brands and generated a total turnover of 537 million euros in 2020.
The issues
A lack of data reliability and quality
A proliferation of XLS files, versioning issues and a lack of traceability for product sheets.
A loss of productivity
An inefficient workflow, with a great deal of time wasted searching for and extracting the right information.
Inconsistent content across the globe
No centralised product repository; brand websites were not systematically updated.
Solutions provided by the Quable PIM
Quable PIM enabled the NAOS teams to gather and unify product data from the group’s three brands to strengthen its brand identity internationally.
Centralising and securing data
By unifying and streamlining communication so that all stakeholders and contributors are on the same page thanks to a single PIM platform.
Streamlining data enrichment processes
The central Marketing, Scientific and Digital teams collaborate using the same tool, and everyone has access to the same information at the same time.
Accelerating the development of the digital offering
By connecting to different channels via a fully standardised digital solution.
Quable has enabled NAOS to:
- Improve efficiency for 100 users by creating more effective internal processes, supported by a single tool in an international context.
- Roll out four brand websites in 40 countries to ensure omnichannel development.
