Optimizing Villages Clubs du Soleil's digital strategy
A major player in family tourism in the mountains, Quable offers all-inclusive holidays to suit all ages and budgets. To structure and optimize the management of its offers and stays, the company chose Quable PIM to centralize information and improve the distribution of content to its digital channels and communication media.

Background
A major player in family tourism in the mountains, the company offers all-inclusive stays designed to meet the expectations of all ages and budgets. As it diversifies its offerings and accelerates its omnichannel strategy, the company chose Quable's PIM to structure, centralize and enrich all its product and vacation information.
The aim of this approach is to guarantee consistent, optimized distribution of content across its digital channels, communication media and partners. To support this strategic project, the integration of the solution was entrusted to Zento, whose business and technical expertise enabled smooth deployment, perfectly adapted to the specificities of the tourism sector.
The issues
Scattered, non-centralized data
The absence of a structured repository made the management of offers and product information complex, time-consuming and error-prone. The company had to deal with scattered files, often managed manually, making it difficult to ensure consistency in the content distributed.
No structured offering
Villages Clubs du Soleil offers a wide variety of products - stays, services, activities - with many variations depending on the season, residence or destination. This richness was not optimally exploited, due to a lack of clear modeling and adapted data architecture.
Incomplete digital integration
The need for fluid synchronization between business tools was critical, particularly with the Orchestra booking platform, which centralizes reservations from all tour operators. The absence of a structured management system complicated automated exchanges.
Solutions from PIM Quable
Optimization of flows, efficient structuring of offers and fluid synchronization of information to improve management, consistency and multi-channel distribution.
A business structure adapted to tourism
Thanks to advanced modeling, tourism products (stays, residences, services, activities, seasonal services, etc.) are now organized hierarchically and logically. This structuring enables information to be automatically inherited from the right levels (residence, season, activity, etc.) and dynamically exploited across all channels.
Smooth synchronization with Orchestra
Zento's technical integration ensures efficient communication between the PIM and the Orchestra reservation platform, facilitating automatic offer updates, rapid distribution of new products, and reduced human error.
Controlled omnichannel distribution
The information centralized in the PIM is now synchronized across different media: website, brochures, catalogs, extranets or partner platforms. Message consistency and content quality are guaranteed across all customer contact points.
