Optimising Villages Clubs du Soleil’s digital strategy
A key player in family tourism, the company offers all-inclusive holidays and has chosen the Quable PIM to organise, centralise and effectively distribute its offers across all its channels. The roll-out was managed by Zento, an industry expert.
Background
A major player in family tourism in the mountains and by the sea, the company offers all-inclusive holidays designed to meet the expectations of all age groups. As part of its accelerated omnichannel strategy, it has chosen the Quable PIM to structure, centralise and enrich all its product and holiday information.
This approach aims to ensure the consistent and optimised distribution of content across its digital channels, communication materials and to its partners. To support this strategic project, the integration of the solution was entrusted to Zento, whose business and technical expertise enabled a seamless roll-out, perfectly tailored to the specific requirements of the tourism sector.
The challenges
Scattered and non-centralised data
The lack of a structured repository made managing offers and product information complex, time-consuming and prone to errors. The company had to contend with scattered, manually managed files, making it difficult to maintain published content in real time.
A lack of structure in the offers
Villages Clubs du Soleil offers a wide variety of packages – including various holidays, holiday villages, services and activities – with numerous variations depending on the season, the holiday village or the destination. This wealth of options was not being utilised to its full potential due to a lack of clear modelling and a suitable data architecture.
Incomplete digital integration
There was a critical need for seamless synchronisation between business tools, particularly with the Orchestra booking platform, which centralises bookings from all tour operators. The absence of a structured management system complicated automated data exchanges.
Solutions provided by the Quable PIM
Optimisation of workflows, effective structuring of offers and seamless synchronisation of information to improve management, consistency and multi-channel distribution.
A business structure tailored to the tourism sector
Thanks to advanced modelling, tourism products (holidays, holiday villages, services, activities, seasonal offerings, etc.) are now organised in a hierarchical and logical manner.
Seamless synchronisation with Orchestra
The technical integration carried out by Zento ensures effective communication between the PIM and the Orchestra booking platform, facilitating the automatic updating of offers, the rapid distribution of new content, and the reduction of human error.
Controlled omnichannel distribution
Information centralised in the PIM is now synchronised with the following platforms: the Quable portal, the CraftmyPDF module for printing product sheets, and Orchestra. Thanks to the Quable portal, content distribution is managed for the sales teams, whilst the integrated DAM enables efficient centralisation and optimal management of visuals. This ensures consistent messaging and high-quality content across these customer touchpoints.
