Zag Bijoux, a French brand renowned for its stainless steel and gold-plated jewelry, has chosen to strengthen its online presence by developing its B2B business while continuing its B2C expansion. With a varied offering including necklaces, bracelets, earrings and merchandising elements, the brand needed to structure and optimize the management of its products for effective distribution to its retailers and end-customers.
To meet these challenges, it set up a PIM, coupled with a B2B eCommerce platform running under BigCommerce and a Shopify connector for its B2C part, guaranteeing fluid, centralized management of its product catalog across all its channels.
