CDP

A CDP (Customer Data Platform) is a technology solution that collects, unifies, and activates customer data from multiple sources (CRM, websites, emails, etc.). Unlike a DMP (Data Management Platform), a CDP focuses on individual, persistent data, making it possible to build detailed, real-time customer profiles.

CDPs are essential for personalized marketing, as they make it possible to segment audiences, automate targeted campaigns, and analyze the customer journey. They are often integrated with other tools (DXP, CRM) to provide a 360° view of the customer.
