Unified Commerce

Unified Commerce is an integrated approach that unifies all of a company's sales channels, data and processes to deliver a smooth, consistent customer experience at every touchpoint.

This strategy goes beyond omnichannel by removing the silos between systems (e-commerce, physical stores, mobile, marketplaces, etc.). It lets brands centralize inventory, order, payment and customer data management in real time. For example, a customer can start their journey on mobile, continue in-store and complete the purchase online, without any interruption.
